Upon arrival, received a cramped room instead of what was booked. Bathroom window damaged and taped up, unable to see outside properly!!! Air conditioning only at entrance meant poor airflow for drying clothes!!!

The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an indoor market hall. We found it in a fairly quiet area adjacent to the "tourist hotspots ", the historical center of Florence, and the train station. The room was clean and featured a safe, television, and a refrigerator. It included a very comfy bed and a private bathroom.

No complains at all, would recommend it to all. It's a brilliant base for one night. The bus stop is 500 feet away.

Oh, the waffles here were a game-changer-light, crispy, and not too sweet! Nearby, Trattoria Mario is awesome for authentic Tuscan fare, less than a kilometer away. The place is super clean, and the ceiling design adds a charming touch that sets the mood just right.

It would have been cool to have someone show me around the room during check-in so I could settle in better.

The location is absolutelly great for exploring. Just 5 mins from the city center! The room was nice, with a fridge. Clean and quiet. Good A/C, helpful staff, and loved the ceiling design. The bathroom had all the essentials like shampoo and free toiletries. Perfect deal for the price!

Great location near eateries!

I loved being able to drop my bags off early and then explore the city before check-in. The bathroom was also a nice surprise! It was great to unwind with a soothing bath and enjoy the cozy ambiance in the room. The only downside was the limited view from the window, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

Free Wi-Fi didn't work well in my room, and the bathroom had mosquitos. Nice electric kettle and tv!

Some aspects might benefit from updates, particularly the decor, which feels basic. Nearby dining options were rather limited for those seeking diverse cuisine, such as Mexican dishes.

The location was ideal. The shower was spacious and stylish, with nice shampoo and shower gel. The big window provided a view of a bustling street, perfect for people-watching during the day.

The noise from the street could be bothersome at times.

The location of this place was fantastic, just minutes away from Via Faenza, and close to everything; we stayed 2 nights in a double room with an extremely comfortable bed and feather pillows.
